Quantities to Consider
One of the biggest drivers of floral pricing is quantity, and that goes beyond a simple count of arrangements.
Number of tables and their size
There is a difference in cost associated with a single arrangement needed for the center of a round table versus multiple arrangements needed to run across the length of a long table. Long tables often require more florals to feel intentional and balanced, which directly impacts overall pricing.
Number of attendees
Sometimes clients may not have a full layout or rental order finalized before they reach out, which is totally okay. If a guest count is provided, we can estimate what is typically needed based on similar events we’ve produced. As the event details solidify, those quantities can be refined to ensure florals feel cohesive without unnecessary spend.

2. Overall Vision
Your overall design vision plays a major role in pricing, especially when inspiration imagery and budget expectations don’t quite align.
Does your inspiration imagery match your budget allocation?
Some stems are priced higher than others due to being considered more premium or because of the time of year or season. If premium stems are included in your inspiration imagery, one way to spend wisely is to feature those florals in the most impactful moments rather than throughout the entire design.
For example, premium blooms might shine at the registration table or bar arrangements, while simpler, complementary florals are used on dining tables. This approach allows for elevated moments without stretching the budget unnecessarily.
Is this an event that needs candlelight?
Candlelight can dramatically shift the mood of a space, and it doesn’t always require additional rentals. We have a vast inventory of votive candles, taper candles, pillar candles, LEDs, and more. This often eliminates the need to rent through another vendor or have the client purchase candles on their own.
That said, an additional cost may come into play if a client requests us to purchase something specific for their event that we do not already have in inventory.

3. Onsite Installations
Installation complexity is another key factor in floral pricing, especially for experiential or immersive brand activations.
Type of install
Are we styling plants to create an immersive stage design, or rigging a floral installation hung from the ceiling while on a scissor lift? The level of designer expertise and number of onsite staff needed varies based on the complexity of the project. Larger-scale installs require more planning, manpower, and time - all of which are reflected in pricing.
Timeline considerations
Is this an intricate load-in that requires our team to be onsite across multiple days? Do we need to return for a floral refresh during the week? Is there a tight timeline we’re up against that requires additional staffing to get the job done efficiently? These logistical details are essential when building an accurate and realistic floral proposal.
